You've probably already tried our miso soups and maybe you're thinking that just pouring water over them is fine, but when you're hungry, you want to add something.
For example, couscous, wheat or legume noodles that we have in our offer, or of course vegetables, rice, cheese, ... simply, whatever the house has to offer.
Today, we'll show you our favorite combinations that you'll see at our place almost every day for breakfast, a snack, or lunch. We've fine-tuned the preparation to our tastes, so there's no need to strictly adhere to the amounts or combinations. We'll be glad if these tips simply inspire you to try your own.
Kimchi soup with beetroot celestial noodles
Pour about 400 ml of hot water (around 80°C) over approx. 80 g of beetroot celestial noodles, let them cool for 3-5 minutes, and add a tablespoon of kimchi miso soup.
Stir and a fantastic soup is on the table. This is really TOP.
Mushroom miso soup with lentil noodles
Pour about 400 ml of hot water (around 80°C) over approx. 80 g of lentil noodles and let them cool for 3-5 minutes, then add a tablespoon of mushroom miso soup.
Even those of us who normally don't eat mushrooms really enjoy this soup.
Jan's morning soup
And one more morning ritual in the original wording :)
In the morning, I get up, put water to boil in the kettle, pour an appropriate amount of corn and buckwheat couscous into a bowl, and add an appropriate amount of chickpea legume noodles. I pour over the water and go brush my teeth. I come back after about 3-4 minutes and stir in a heaping tablespoon of lentil miso or a bit less aka or genmai miso - I let it heat for a minute and then stir. Morning after morning. Every day the same.
That was a bit from our kitchen. Literally and figuratively. We're not chefs, unfortunately. But thanks to that, our miso soups were created, which anyone can prepare. Thank goodness.
And what favorite combinations do you have? We'll be glad to hear about your experiences, and if you don't mind, one of the next articles could focus on your tips.
