Ingredients:
- Any mushrooms you like (pictured: oyster mushrooms, shimeji, and enoki) – 300g
- Garlic koji – 3 tablespoons
Method:
- Cut the mushrooms (the size of the pieces is up to you)
- Place the mushrooms in a pan and drizzle with garlic koji
- Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes
