Braised mushrooms with garlic koji

If you’ve already prepared the garlic koji from the previous recipe, here’s one of the great ways to use it. Once again, it’s simple, quick, and delicious – brought to you by Yuhi Che.

 

Ingredients:

  • Any mushrooms you like (pictured: oyster mushrooms, shimeji, and enoki) – 300g
  • Garlic koji – 3 tablespoons


Method:

  1. Cut the mushrooms (the size of the pieces is up to you)
  2. Place the mushrooms in a pan and drizzle with garlic koji
  3. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes
