Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 300 g
- Basil Koji – 20 g
Method:
- Slice the chicken breast (as you would for cutlets)
- Marinate the slices in basil koji, place them in a sealable heat-resistant bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the sealed bag with the chicken slices and turn off the heat
- Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for 30–40 minutes
That’s it. Once done, you can serve the chicken immediately — for example, with a fresh salad or your favorite side dish.
