Ingredients:
- Aka soy miso – 3 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Nut butter – 10 tbsp
Miso Emulsion Method:
- Whisk the butter, mustard, and miso together in a bowl.
- Optional: garnish with herbs.
Caesar Mushroom (Kotrč) Method:
- Clean the cauliflower mushroom of any dirt, rinse with water, and pat dry.
- Using a salad spinner is optional to remove excess water.
- Season with salt and sauté in butter until golden brown.
