A simple yet flavorfully intriguing side dish for a spring or summer table, prepared for us by Yuhi Che — and we’re very grateful for it. We often use miso dip in various ways, and it always makes an excellent addition to almost any plate. But this time, we tried it with orange for the first time — and it’s fantastic!
Ingredients:
- Any kind of shiro miso (this one uses millet miso) – 2 tablespoons
- Orange juice – 2 teaspoons
- Sugar – 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce or Tamari – ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise or Shiokoji – 2 tablespoons
- Any vegetables
Method is really simple – just mix everything thoroughly 😊
Try it at a barbecue, or simply enjoy it with nachos or vegetables (as in this case) for a cozy homemade snack 😊
