Of course, we are happy for every recipe where our products find their place. But we are especially thrilled by recipes for “ordinary” home-style dishes that, in the hands of a skilled cook — in this case, an exceptionally skilled one — are elevated to a true delicacy.

Potato Dumplings
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 600 g
- Egg – 1 pc
- Coarse flour – 250–350 g
- Salt – a pinch
Method:
- Cook the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, then peel and finely grate them.
- Add the egg, salt, and coarse flour, and work into a dough that is not sticky.
- Work quickly with the potato dough.
- Shape into small rolls and cook for about 3–4 minutes.
Poppy Seed Miso Cremeux
Ingredients:
- Cream 31% – 800 ml
- Granulated sugar – 150 g
- Egg yolks – 160 g
- Cornstarch – 30 g
- Poppy Miso – 1–2 tbsp
- Rum – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently.
- Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Add the poppy seed miso and rum.
- Strain (!), then serve.
Miso Crumble
Ingredients:
- Soy miso – 1.5 tbsp
- Icing sugar – 3 tbsp
- Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, and fry until golden.
- Add the sugar and miso.
- Mix everything together well.
