Today we’ve got a quick treat with an unusual yet amazing flavor. This dessert is simply unique thanks to its salty-sweet umami taste — and it’s absolutely delicious. We’re so thankful for it!
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon of Shiokoji
- 50ml soy milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Finely crushed almonds
- Finely ground cinnamon
Method:
- Cut one banana into pieces (for making the puree).
- Cut the second banana into small cubes.
- Place the first banana (in pieces), Shiokoji, soy milk, and lemon juice into a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Mix the puree with the banana cubes from the second banana.
- Refrigerate and let it chill.
- Then sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon.
Variations
- For extra sweetness, you can add honey.
- Try it with other fruits as well (strawberries, mango, kiwi, etc.).
