Nenazvala bych to přímo polévkou , jedná se o polévkový základ něco jako chutný čistý vývar. Pro vznik polévky je treba dodat další ingredience např.zeleninu,houby, luštěninu či rýži ,vejce,maso a pod. Tím vznikne chutná polévka. Chuť je čistá, přírodní, mírně nakyslá, jemná.
