Ingredients:
- Salad cucumber - 2 pcs
- Buckwheat Tamari - 50 g
- Rice vinegar - 10 g
- Sesame - 10 g
- Chili flakes - 5 g
- Peanut butter - 5 g
- Garlic - ¼ clove
Method:
- Cut the cucumber into any pieces or shapes you like
- Grate the garlic and mix all other ingredients together
- Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and let marinate for a while
- Eat, crunch, and enjoy
