Garlic miso can be used as a dip, a spread, with meat or vegetables, or anywhere you want to season in a refined way 😊
Ingredients:
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Water – 1 tbsp
- Miso (aka pea miso or according to taste) – 2 tbsp
- White sesame seeds for decoration
Method:
- Mix the sugar, water, and miso
- Crush or finely chop the garlic
- Add all ingredients to a small pan and mix well over very low heat
- Once everything comes together and starts to smell wonderful, it’s ready.
