All of our miso pastes based on white roundgrain rice, millet, buckwheat and barley are produced in a fine-minced version which is finally minced after the fermentation process. On the other hand miso pastes made of wholegrain rice are kept in the original raw condition which more corresponds with the traditional Asian consistency.
Upon request we will prepare any miso in either raw or minced version according to your preference. Feel free to submit this request to the order form.
