Garlic miso by Yuhi

Yuhi prepared an alternative to our garlic miso soup — and a very good one. Thank you.

Garlic miso can be used as a dip, a spread, with meat or vegetables, or anywhere you want to season in a refined way 😊

 

Ingredients:

  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 1 tbsp
  • Miso (aka pea miso or according to taste) – 2 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds for decoration

Method:

  1. Mix the sugar, water, and miso
  2. Crush or finely chop the garlic
  3. Add all ingredients to a small pan and mix well over very low heat
  4. Once everything comes together and starts to smell wonderful, it’s ready.
