Koji drink

 

The simplest way to use koji. No fermentation is needed.

What is it good for? According to Yuhi:

  • Improves gut health
  • Has beautifying effects on the skin
  • Helps recover from fatigue

 

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. Place the koji with water in a clean jar and leave it in the fridge for 8 hours, for example overnight
  2. In the morning, pour the water into a glass and drink it instead of plain water.
  3. You can also add honey, lemon, or both.

 

The same koji can be used three times, after which you can use it for cooking.
