Yuhi Che gave us a tip for some interesting pickles. We hadn’t tried them this way before, and they are fantastic. Give them a try too—the flavor of vegetables pickled like this will surely add variety, not just to picnics and garden barbecues.
Ingredients:
- Vinegar – 100 ml
- Water – 100 ml
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
Method:
- Put all the ingredients into a pot
- Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and wait until the mixture cools
- Add the vegetables you like (radishes are shown in the photo)
- Leave in the fridge for several days
