Pickles in rice vinegar

Yuhi Che gave us a tip for some interesting pickles. We hadn’t tried them this way before, and they are fantastic. Give them a try too—the flavor of vegetables pickled like this will surely add variety, not just to picnics and garden barbecues.

 

Ingredients:

  • Vinegar – 100 ml
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp

 

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a pot
  2. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and wait until the mixture cools
  3. Add the vegetables you like (radishes are shown in the photo)
  4. Leave in the fridge for several days
