The asparagus season annually follows the wild garlic season, so Yuhi couldn’t have created a better recipe to connect these two periods. We thank her for this great tip and inspiration!
Ingredients:
- Any shrimp (the photo shows 3 tiger shrimp)
- Green asparagus – 2 pcs
- Miso with wild garlic – 1 tsp
- Oil or butter for frying
Method:
- Cut the asparagus into 3–4 cm pieces
- Heat the oil or butter in a pan
- Add the shrimp and fry until they turn red on both sides
- Then add the asparagus for 30–60 seconds
- Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly
- Add the miso and mix well (you can pre-dissolve the miso in a little water)
