Ingredients:
- Strawberries – 500 g
- Shiokoji – 3–5 tablespoons
- Fresh herbs to taste (here, rosemary)
Method:
- Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves
- Mix the strawberries with shiokoji and place in a clean container along with the herbs
- Leave in the fridge for a few hours
You can enjoy them on their own as a dessert (highly recommended), as a snack with wine, in a salad, or even for baking.
