Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh – 250 g (cut as you like)
- Miso (here using aka pea miso) – 1 tbsp
- White wine – 1 tbsp
- Mirin – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Oil
Method:
- Mix the miso, wine, mirin, and sugar
- Pour oil into a pan, add the chicken, and set medium heat
- Cover the pan and cook for 5–7 minutes, then turn the meat and cook covered for another two minutes
- Turn off the heat and add the sauce to the meat
- Turn the heat back on to the lowest setting and warm the sauce briefly until it thickens
That’s it… Serve with a side dish of your choice, for example, a vegetable salad.
